Had nice 3 nights in this hotel that's why I liked that. The triple room was well decorated with the mural ceiling. Location: the venue was so close to the Borgo Vecchio, the most fascinating neighborhood in Palermo and many restaurants and attractions. I had coffee at Frisku, located within 5 minutes walk...

The staff at this B&B were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. One staff member, Solene, was especially helpful and sweet. She looked up bus schedules for us, made dinner reservations, and even walked with us to the car park to ensure we found our way back to the hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was also top-notch. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for their guests.
The parking situation in the area was a bit difficult. Palermo has chaotic parking and there are parking attendants hanging around who try to hustle you for money.

Our stay at Palazzo Benso Bed & Breakfast was absolutely delightful. The host, Mr Pucci, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like we were visiting friends. The retro design of the hotel was not just for show, as everything was functional, useful, and impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable, the AC powerful, and the breakfast delicious. We also loved the convenient location, with plenty of restaurants nearby, including the highly recommended gelateria Friscu.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in Palermo. The atmosphere was like staying in a mansion, with rich interior and colorful tiles that gave it an artistic feel. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and provided great recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast, although lacking fresh fruit, was still enjoyable. Despite the construction works on the street, I was able to find the B&B easily. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is situated in a prime location just steps away from the bustling center, surrounded by historical buildings and charming ambiance. the rooms are beautifully decorated with stunning fresco ceilings and murano glass chandeliers that add a touch of elegance. the attentive host is responsive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The parking situation in the pedestrian street can be tricky and nearby car parks tend to overcharge guests, causing inconvenience.
